This technical support form authorizes to charge the credit card specified below for a one-time fee of $135.00 (US dollars). Technical support will be offered only to the product identified by the serial number specified below. This fee covers technical support for this product for a period of 30 days. Technical Support is available Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, EST, excluding holidays.

While employs extremely knowledgeable technicians, we cannot guarantee that your particular issue(s) can be resolved. Customer understands and agrees that once this charge has been processed, it is non-refundable. If you later dispute the charge and it is determined that the charge was properly authorized, you shall be held liable for all out of pocket expenses and costs incurred by, as a result of improper cancellation, revocation, charge back, or dispute.
